Picture of Kay Jones from Forster Jones Consulting

Hi, I'm Kay

Some moments ask more of us than others.

A difficult conversation. A leadership challenge. A major organisational change. The death of someone we love.

I help people navigate those moments with clarity, compassion and confidence.

Today, my work spans executive and leadership coaching, governance and organisational consultancy, workplace mediation and Humanist funeral celebrancy.

At first glance, those might seem like very different things. What connects them is a common thread: helping people navigate complexity, responsibility and change when the stakes feel high.

Whether I'm working with a leader, a board, a team or a family, my role is to create space for reflection, honest conversation and thoughtful decision-making, helping people find a way forward that feels right for them.

Drawing on more than 20 years of leadership, governance and organisational experience, I bring a calm, practical and human approach to every conversation.

I'm based in Newcastle upon Tyne and work with clients across the UK.
