I’ve led large, multi‑service teams; navigated organisational restructures; chaired boards; and supported charities, CICs and social enterprises through periods of growth and change.
Those experiences shaped the way I work today: calm, clear, human, and focused on what truly helps people and organisations thrive - without burning out or carrying everything alone.
