I work with people in demanding roles, organisations doing meaningful work, and teams navigating complexity.
My approach is calm, steady and human; always focused on what will make the most meaningful, practical difference.
For most of my career, I’ve worked in challenging leadership roles where people and purpose mattered deeply.
I’ve led large, multi‑service teams; navigated organisational restructures; chaired boards; and supported charities, CICs and social enterprises through periods of growth and change.
Those experiences shaped the way I work today: calm, clear, human, and focused on what truly helps people and organisations thrive - without burning out or carrying everything alone.
Based in Newcastle upon Tyne, working with clients across the UK.
A calm, purposeful space to think clearly, strengthen your judgement and act with confidence.
Practical, experienced support for small organisations, charities and mission‑driven teams who want clarity, structure and confident decision‑making.
A steady, impartial process to help people work through conflict with dignity, clarity and respect.

People carrying responsibility, making decisions and supporting others through uncertainty in demanding environments.

Charities, CICs, social enterprises and mission‑focused teams who want clarity, structure and confident decision‑making.

Leaders, founders and small teams navigating growth, change or complex demands within professional settings.
I’ve spent more than twenty years in leadership roles across the private sector and Higher Education, alongside board roles in charities and national organisations.
I’ve led large, multi‑service teams, navigated complex change, chaired boards and supported organisations doing meaningful work with stretched capacity.
Those experiences shaped the way I work today: calm, steady and human. I care about clarity, dignity, good governance and making work feel easier for the people who carry responsibility.
Alongside my consulting and coaching work, I’m also a Humanist Funeral Celebrant — a part of my portfolio that keeps me close to the realities of care, compassion and what matters most in people’s lives.
Across all of my work, I stay close to the human challenges of leadership, decision‑making and organisational life.
My approach is straightforward: listen well, think clearly, and help people move forward with confidence.
People sometimes ask me where the business name came from. Forster is my maiden name and Jones is my married name. Bringing them together felt like the right way to hold the different parts of my life and experience that shape the way I work today.
