Coaching with me is designed to give you dedicated time to think clearly and work through what matters most.
It’s a conversational, reflective process where we explore challenges, test ideas, and build clarity together. The pace, frequency and focus are tailored to you and the realities of your role.
Most sessions last 90 minutes, with occasional longer sessions if useful, but we'll work out together what will be most useful to you.
We usually meet every 4–6 weeks, depending on your capacity and the pace of your work.
Sessions can be online or in person in Newcastle upon Tyne.
You’re welcome to send brief updates, reflections or questions between sessions if something develops.
