These reflections are gathered from my portfolio life - from coaching conversations and boardrooms, to mediation work, to the quiet, meaningful moments that come with being a Humanist Funeral Celebrant. 

Across all the strands of my work, I spend my days listening, supporting, and helping people navigate important or tender moments in their lives. 

Here, I bring together ideas, stories and observations about people, connection, change, loss, and the small truths that help us make sense of our lives and of how we show up for each other with clarity, compassion and care.
